Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed by 3:00 PM Central Time (PST), Monday to Friday, will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Processing and Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Shipping / Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Total delivery time: Processing time + transit time = 5 - 8 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

Shipping Charge

  • We charge a flat rate of $5.99 USD for all orders within the United States.
  • This rate includes full tracking.

Shipping Method

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used may vary depending on your location and service availability at the time of shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package until it is delivered.

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, our team will contact you for confirmation of the correct address.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
