How long will delivery take?

Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT begin processing the next business day.

Transit: 4–6 business days (Mon–Fri) with full tracking.

What does shipping cost and where do you ship?

Tracked delivery within the United States is a flat $5.99 USD.

International shipping: Not available at this time.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled or changed if they haven’t been processed for shipment. Email support@richardherrmann.com as soon as possible. If your order has shipped, please follow the return process once delivered.

How do I start a return?

Email support@richardherrmann.com with your order number and reason for return. Repack the item in original condition with tags/packaging and ship using your preferred carrier. Keep your tracking number.

Window: 50 days from delivery. Return shipping: Customer-paid. No restocking fees.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — for size, color, or a different item. Include your preference when you contact support and we’ll arrange it.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 4 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Track it end-to-end until delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

What if my package is undeliverable?

If a package returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
