Refund policy
At Richard Herrmann, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Return Window
We offer a 50-day return policy, giving you 50 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original condition – unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With all original tags and packaging included
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns requested after 50 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Costs
- All returns are made by mail.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
How to Start a Return
1) Email us at support@richardherrmann.com with your order number and reason for return.
2) Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags.
3) Ship the package back using a carrier of your choice.
4) Keep your tracking number for reference.
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please contact us at support@richardherrmann.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 4 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
- Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@richardherrmann.com. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process once it arrives.
